After a bit of a hiatus, here's a quick preview on a new series that I'm working on.

I'm working on a series of guerrilla-style diptyches that involve surprising musicians with an impromptu oiling painting of themselves and then returning home to do a quick still life that reminds me of them. The idea is to experiment with a traditionally slow medium by creating rapid, expressive, and often raw pieces. Some of them are posted on the aforementioned site.
